AgileEngine, a leading software firm, seeks a Senior Technical Lead to anchor regional delivery for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, owning regional escalations and 24/7 velocity in a regulated enterprise environment.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering with strong Python depth and leadership acumen, plus experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, and CI/CD ecosystems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists to maintain 24/7 delivery momentum.
• Coordinate shift hand-offs with peers in other time zones to sustain 24/7 velocity.
• Oversee technical delivery of ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Serve as primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and guide architecture.
