Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate the cloud-based infrastructure that powers our global IT systems and operations. You will lead automation initiatives, improve release pipelines, and enhance reliability across multiple teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will champion IaC, CI/CD, and observability using AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Kubernetes, and related tools.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with AWS
• Experience leading engineering initiatives and cross-team collaboration in DevOps
• Strong Linux admin and CI/CD with GitLab/Jenkins; IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK
• Advanced Python and Bash for automation and tooling
• Hands-on Kubernetes/EKS, containers, HA environments
• Ability to design reusable patterns and reference architectures for hybrid or cloud integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in international teams; fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based data integration platform (Cloudera DataHub and NiFi) ensuring scalability and reliability
• Design and improve standardized, secure CI/CD pipelines for middleware and integration services
• Define IaC standards using CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Terraform for consistent AWS provisioning
• Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting with CloudWatch, Fluentd, Grafana, OpenSearch
• Implement security-by-design including IAM governance, encryption, controls, and vulnerability management
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization to maintain high availability
• Contribute to 3rd-level on-call support and improve automation/runbooks
• Optimize AWS architecture for cost, performance, reliability; mentor DevOps engineers
