Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (French Speaker) to join the BPCE-SI team in a hybrid Porto office. You will design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions and contribute to data warehouse evolution.

You will work with PowerCenter or similar ETL tools, develop PL/SQL queries, and build dashboards in Power BI. Fluent French is required, English at B2 level, and you will mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in CS/Engineering/Applied Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Data Engineer/ETL Developer or similar.
• Mastery of a major ETL tool; PowerCenter strongly assets; other ETL tools welcome.
• Excellent PL/SQL development and Oracle SQL proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent French, written and spoken; English at B2 level.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team.

Natixisin Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE-SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques)team,within the IT (Information Technologies) department, to work in a hybrid model in the Porto office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and high-performing data integration solutions using PowerCenter or similar ETL tools such as Talend,ODI, Semarchy/Stambia, Oracle Exadata Database.
• Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and queries to support business data needs.
• Participate in the modeling and evolution of our datawarehouse, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with business teams and other technical teams to understand data requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure the maintenance, support, and optimization of existing data pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related and ETL pipeline issues.
• Implement and follow best practices in data quality, governance, and security.
• Participate in the design and development of dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring access to relevant data(PBI is a plus).
• Share your technical expertise and potentially mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Significant experience (minimum5years) as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or in a similar role.
• In-depth mastery of a major ETL tool, with PowerCenter being astrong asset.Experience with other ETL tools will be a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in PL/SQLfor developing and optimizing queries and scripts (Oracle is strongly recommended).
• Solid knowledge of data modeling (relational, dimensional) and data warehouse design.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Experience with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards(optional).
• Fluent French, both written and spoken. B2 level in english.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Wewill only considerCVsin English.
