Capgemini Engineering in Portugal seeks an experienced Data Platform Engineer to lead design, build, and operation of enterprise-scale data solutions. You will work across Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, and related technologies to ensure scalable, secure data pipelines and governance.

You will mentor teams, align with security and FinOps, promote CI/CD and IaC, and contribute to the modernization of our data platform while balancing hands-on work with strategic thinking.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Data & AI Platforms.
• Strong expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms and architectures.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and maintain engineering standards and best practices across Data & AI platforms.
• Guide engineering teams in design, development, and operation of scalable data solutions.
• Promote CI/CD, IaC, environment management, and platform operations.
