Emerald Clinical Trials is expanding its European talent network and is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA II and Senior CRA level) for future opportunities. This is a pipelining position; applications will be reviewed as new projects and resource requirements emerge.

As part of a global team, you will conduct site visits, ensure patient safety, review data, and support sites across Europe. Flexible hybrid or remote work options are available depending on location and role.

Qualificações

• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare field.
• At least 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
• Experience in CRO, academic research, or pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and EU regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regionally.
• Experience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.
• Review source documentation and validate study data.
• Support investigator sites throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Manage site relationships and provide training as required.
• Ensure timely issue identification and escalation.
• Maintain high-quality documentation within study systems and TMF.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives.
