Shakers is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Tech Platform team, building a cloud-native platform for a global digital commerce platform operating across international markets.

Design, build and operate infrastructure on Linux and Kubernetes with automation, scale and high availability. Drive IaC, ensure reliability, and mentor engineers in a fully remote engagement.

Qualificações

• 8 years of experience designing, building and maintaining complex platform infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong multi cloud background, specifically Azure and GCP.
• Expertise in Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
• Modern CI/CD patterns with hands on experience in ArgoCD and Jenkins.
• Python or Golang for building automation tools and infrastructure components, beyond scripting.
• Proven track record integrating security and compliance practices into platform design.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and operate infrastructure components on Linux and Kubernetes, with a focus on automation, scalability and high availability.
• Drive self service capabilities and Infrastructure as Code across the platform.
• Ensure reliability and performance of large scale distributed systems.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps as a key technical partner for Principals and Engineering Leads.
• Optimize cost efficiency across multi cloud environments.
• Provide technical mentorship to other engineers.
