We are looking for talented professionals to join our teams and contribute to major cloud projects. The role focuses on GCP-centric engineering, multi-cloud support, automation, security and cost optimization.

Qualificações

Strong professional experience in Cloud Engineering, with GCP as the primary cloud platform.

Responsabilidades

Implement, operate and optimize secure, scalable, resilient and cost-efficient cloud platforms.
Work primarily with Google Cloud Platform while supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS in multi-cloud environments.
Design and maintain cloud networking components including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, load balancers, Cloud DNS and Cloud NAT.
Provision and maintain compute services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
Implement storage, backup, replication, retention and disaster recovery strategies.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement monitoring, alerting, centralized logging and incident response mechanisms.
Support development teams in adopting cloud-native practices, automation and security.
Monitor cloud consumption and implement cost and resource optimization initiatives following FinOps principles.
Ensure cloud environments comply with technical, functional, security and business requirements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational standards and runbooks.

Main Tasks:

Implement, operate and optimize secure, scalable, resilient and cost-efficient cloud platforms
Work primarily with Google Cloud Platform while supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS in multi-cloud environments
Implement and operate cloud-native, hybrid and multi-cloud solutions
Manage GCP landing zones, organizations, projects, billing accounts, policies, IAM and governance models
Design and maintain cloud networking components including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, load balancers, Cloud DNS and Cloud NAT
Provision and maintain compute services including Compute Engine, Managed Instance Groups, GKE, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
Implement storage, backup, replication, retention and disaster recovery strategies
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
Implement monitoring, alerting, centralized logging and incident response mechanisms
Support development teams in adopting cloud-native practices, automation and security
Monitor cloud consumption and implement cost and resource optimization initiatives following FinOps principles
Ensure cloud environments comply with technical, functional, security and business requirements
Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational standards and runbooks

Main Requirements:

Strong professional experience in Cloud Engineering, with GCP as the primary cloud platform
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud IAM, Cloud Identity and Organization Policies
Strong experience with GCP compute services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
Strong knowledge of GCP networking, including VPC, subnets, firewalls, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud DNS and Cloud NAT
Experience with GCP storage and backup solutions, including Cloud Storage, Filestore, Persistent Disk and Backup and DR
Experience with GCP database services such as Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Spanner, Bigtable or Firestore
Experience with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow or Cloud Composer where applicable
Strong knowledge of GCP security services including Secret Manager, Cloud KMS, Security Command Center and Cloud Audit Logs
Experience with GCP monitoring and observability, including Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Trace and Profiler
Experience with GCP billing, budgets, quotas and FinOps practices
Strong experience with Terraform or OpenTofu, Terragrunt and reusable IaC modules
Experience with Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps
Good scripting skills with Python, Bash and/or PowerShell
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secrets management solutions
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic or OpenSearch
Knowledge of Azure and AWS in multi-cloud environments
Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, high availability and disaster recovery

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Network, AKS, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy and Azure Backup
Experience with AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Organizations and AWS Config
Experience designing and operating complex multi-cloud environments
Experience implementing FinOps strategies and cloud cost optimization
Experience with advanced Kubernetes and GKE architectures
Experience with cloud-native security and compliance frameworks
Relevant GCP, Azure or AWS certifications
Experience working in large-scale enterprise cloud environments

Salary Range
