Apex Elite is seeking a Senior Software Developer in Porto, Portugal. You will design, develop and maintain mission-critical applications in a fast-paced, office-based setting, working within an Agile team to deliver value.

The role requires strong C# background, SQL expertise, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Candidates should be prepared to commute to the client's offices 3–4 days per week and help advance security and testing practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in STEM/Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong C# experience with commercial projects.
• SQL experience with MS SQL Server.
• Git version control experience.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum).
• Right to Work in Portugal or valid visa.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of OWASP ASVS or similar security standards.
• Experience with .NET 5/6.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• NoSQL exposure, e.g., ElasticSearch.
• Experience using test tools like xUnit/Jest/Cypress/Selenium/SoapUI/Burp.

Responsabilidades

• Write code in C#, primarily for .NET applications.
• Design architecture of new components and obtain sign-off.
• Work in an Agile team to meet product requirements.
• Test new features to ensure correct behavior in all cases.
• Collaborate with QA to validate builds for launch.
• Maintain and improve the platform; stay current with trends.
