Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Senior AWS Cloud Network Engineer to design and operate a large-scale AWS network. You will deliver secure, scalable, highly available networking across multi‑account, multi‑region environments and partner with Cloud Platform, Enterprise Network, and Security teams.

Key expertise includes AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect or VPN, and IaC tooling such as CloudFormation or Terraform, with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS networking experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect or VPN, Route 53, PrivateLink, and DNS.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support AWS network architectures using VPC, Transit Gateway, and DNS.
• Develop and maintain cloud network standards and patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex hybrid-cloud connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Provide senior-level incident response and root-cause analysis.
