Komodo Consulting is seeking a Senior Angular Developer to work on an Energy sector project. You will design, develop and maintain front-end features with Angular, collaborating closely with backend and business teams.

The role emphasizes code quality, testing, performance optimization, and architectural input. You will mentor teammates and contribute to scalable solutions in a distributed hybrid team based in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular (v8+)
• Proven track record delivering complex front-end projects in production
• Experience integrating front-end apps with back-end services and APIs
• Knowledge of testing, code quality and maintainability best practices
• Excellent English communication (C1) and ability to work in a distributed hybrid team
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others

The project

We are seeking a Senior Angular Developer to work on a project in the Energy sector.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end features for web applications using Angular;

• Collaborate closely with backend and business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions;

• Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing;

• Optimize application performance and user experience across different browsers and devices;

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design for new features and enhancements;

• Support and mentor other developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Angular (v8+);

• Solid experience delivering complex front-end solutions in a production environment;

• Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs;

• Experience with Java or similar back-end technologies is a strong plus;

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code quality, and maintainability;

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum level of C1;

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a distributed, hybrid team.

Location

Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week at the office).
