IRIUM Portugal is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build and ship mobile apps. You will own epics end-to-end, write Kotlin, and deliver modern UIs with Jetpack Compose.

This role requires 5+ years of Android experience, English proficiency (B2+), and a hands-on approach to Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI.

Hybrid work in Lisbon area (Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra) with a focus on performance, testing and CI/CD contributions.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of Android development experience.
• Proficient English; live coding and process conducted in English.
• Strong Kotlin background with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose in production apps.
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVI and Clean Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of epics, from design to deployment.
• Write clean Kotlin code and build modern UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Maintain Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI patterns.
• Proactively optimize performance and reduce startup times.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
