WTW, a leading advisory and solutions company, invites a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Lisbon hub. You will mentor juniors and serve as a pensions SME, guiding actuarial work for our pensions clients across Europe.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team, deliver insightful reports, and ensure data accuracy while staying compliant with regulatory changes. This role offers hybrid working and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• FIA qualified or making strong exam progress.
• Proven experience in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of Pensions, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel
• Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and how they impact clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data
• Team-oriented approach, eager to mentor and support colleagues

• Stay up to date with regulatory and industry developments.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as a subject matter expert on pensions. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work. Your main functions will be:
