Next Engineering in Porto is looking for an experienced SAP TM Developer to design and implement complex global SAP TM solutions and to drive seamless integration with SAP ERP. You will work in a hybrid setup with cross‑functional teams across Europe and beyond.

Required are 5+ years in SAP TM, strong ABAP skills and familiarity with Fiori UI, BPF, and Solution Manager. You will coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable IT systems.

• Provide business consulting for process design and IT system configuration.
• Create detailed technical concepts and implement program adjustments/enhancements.
• Participate as a project team member and/or Workstream Lead.
• Coordinate with external suppliers/vendors to ensure seamless system integration.
• Prepare technical documentation and present solutions/results to business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and resolve incidents and integration/configuration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP TM Developer.
• Experience designing and developing complex global IT solutions.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional and project environments.

Functional Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex global SAP TM solutions.
• Provide business consulting for process design and IT system configuration.
• Create detailed technical concepts and implement program adjustments/enhancements.

• Coordinate with external suppliers/vendors to ensure seamless system integration.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP TM, including relevant interfaces/integrations with SAP ERP.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming.
• Experience with SAP TM frameworks, particularly the Business Process Framework (BPF).
• Experience with Fiori UI.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
• Confluence for technical/project documentation.
• JIRA for task and project management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• SAP Development Certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for complex integration, configuration and business process issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including requirements, timelines, dependencies and technical feasibility.
