Loop Future is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management Developer to design, develop and enhance SAP TM solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects and integration teams to translate logistics requirements into scalable technical designs.

You will leverage ABAP, IDs, APIs and OData to implement enhancements, integrations and performance improvements in SAP TM across S/4HANA, ERP and third‑party platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience as SAP TM Developer or SAP Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on SAP TM development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and OO ABAP.
• Experience with SAP TM enhancements, including BAdIs, user exits and enhancement frameworks.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, EWM or third-party logistics platforms.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support testing, documentation and defect resolution.
• Contribute to system upgrades, deployments and performance optimisation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management Developer to support the design, development and enhancement of SAP TM solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, business stakeholders and integration teams to translate transportation and logistics requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on SAP TM development experience, particularly with ABAP, integrations, enhancements and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within SAP Transportation Management.
• Develop custom functionality, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms and workflows using ABAP.
• Configure and extend SAP TM capabilities according to business and technical requirements.
• Implement enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, enhancement frameworks and Business Object Processing Framework.
• Develop and support integrations between SAP TM and other SAP or third‑party systems.
• Work with technologies and interfaces such as IDocs, APIs, web services, RFCs and OData.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to convert transportation requirements into technical designs.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, user‑acceptance testing and technical documentation.
• Investigate and resolve defects, integration issues and production incidents.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure developments follow SAP engineering standards.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with distributed technical and business teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as an SAP TM Developer or SAP Technical Consultant.
• Hands‑on development experience with SAP Transportation Management.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and object‑oriented ABAP.
• Experience with SAP TM enhancements, including BAdIs, user exits and enhancement frameworks.
• Knowledge of Business Object Processing Framework, Floorplan Manager or comparable SAP TM development frameworks.
• Experience developing integrations using IDocs, APIs, RFCs, web services or OData.
• Understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including freight orders, planning, execution and settlement.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, ERP, EWM or third‑party logistics platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5 and CDS Views would be advantageous.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments is desirable.
• Strong debugging, technical troubleshooting and performance‑optimisation skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum‑based delivery teams.
• Ability to work effectively with functional consultants, developers, architects and business stakeholders.
