Accenture Portugal seeks an SAP DRC Senior Consultant to design, implement and optimize SAP Document and Reporting Compliance across international regulatory requirements within SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead DRC projects, gather requirements, configure features, mentor juniors, and contribute to pre-sales and client workshops, partnering with Finance, Tax, Legal and IT stakeholders.

Fluency in English and experience with multinational rollouts are essential for success in this role

Qualificações

• 4+ years of SAP consulting experience with DRC knowledge.
• Experience implementing or supporting SAP DRC solutions.
• Work with multinational compliance and digital tax regulations.
• Understand end-to-end financial processes and controls.
• Able to run client workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or SAP Activate delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

What You’ll Do

As an SAP DRC Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions that enable organizations to meet evolving statutory, tax, e-invoicing and electronic reporting requirements across multiple countries.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, tax teams and technical experts to design, implement and optimize SAP DRC solutions within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead SAP DRC implementation and enhancement projects across global and local regulatory requirements
• Gather and analyse business, tax and compliance requirements
• Configure and customize SAP DRC functionalities including:
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring compliance processes are fully integrated with finance operations
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal and IT stakeholders to define and implement compliant solutions
• Perform solution design, testing, defect resolution and go-live support activities
• Participate in Fit-Gap workshops and provide recommendations following SAP best practices
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations, solution proposals and client presentations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SAP practice

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of SAP consulting experience
• Proven experience implementing or supporting SAP DRC solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
• Experience with multinational compliance requirements and digital tax regulations
• Understanding of end-to-end financial processes including:
• Ability to conduct workshops and engage directly with client stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAP Activate delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal

Nice to Have

• SAP DRC certification
• Experience with multiple country localizations (Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Brazil, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and Integration Suite
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs
• Exposure to eDocument Cockpit and advanced electronic reporting frameworks
• Additional SAP Finance or Tax certifications
