Genesis Digital Solutions in Portugal is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. You will contribute to the ongoing S/4HANA migration journey and develop ABAP/ABAP-OO code including BAPIs, RFCs, and debugging.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of RAP, CDS Views, and SAP BTP, plus integration work with IDocs, HTTP, REST, OData, and SAP Integration Suite.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP, ABAP-OO and debugging.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of RAP, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics and SAP BTP.
• Experience with IDocs, HTTP, REST, APIs, OData and Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of Output Management, Adobe Forms and Workflows.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Join our client’s team as an SAP Developer and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of SAP solutions across the organization. You will work across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, supporting business-critical applications while contributing to the company’s ongoing S/4HANA migration journey.

What You’ll Work On

• Design, document, and develop SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP and ABAP-OO.
• Solid experience with BAPIs, RFCs, and debugging.
• Experience working with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of RAP, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and SAP BTP concepts.
• Experience with integration technologies such as IDocs, HTTP, REST, APIs, OData, and Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of Output Management, Adobe Forms, Flexible Workflows, and Classic Workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant degree or SAP certification is desirable.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Points

• Development experience within Finance, Sourcing & Procurement, or Sales.
• Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• SAP certifications in ABAP or S/4HANA development.
• Experience with modern SAP development and cloud technologies.
