Preh Portugal, Lda is seeking a SAP ABAP & Workflow Specialist to support and enhance SAP applications, collaborating with business stakeholders and global IT teams.

The role covers ABAP development, workflow design and OpenText VIM exposure, with opportunities to contribute to international projects and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, BIS or related field.
• Strong ABAP coding skills (OO-ABAP, enhancements, debugging, analysis).
• Experience with SAP workflows in ECC or S/4HANA and understanding of end-to-end SAP processes.

Responsabilidades

• Technical ownership of SAP-based document and workflow solutions.
• Development, enhancement and stabilization of ABAP solutions (OO-ABAP, enhancements, interfaces, reports).
• Design and optimization of classic SAP workflows in an ERP environment.
• Contribute to OpenText VIM operations and projects.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions; collaborate with international teams.

SAP ABAP & Workflow Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled and business-oriented SAP ABAP & Workflow Specialist to join our IT organization. In this role, you will support and enhance SAP applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to global IT initiatives and transformation projects

The Challenges in Front of You:

• Technical ownership of SAP-based document and workflow solutions
• Development, enhancement and stabilization of solutions using ABAP (OO, enhancements, interfaces, reports)
• Design and optimization of classic SAP workflows in an ERP environment
• Contribution to the operation and further development of OpenText VIM (prior project or operational exposure is sufficient)
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into robust technical solutions
• Gradual involvement in SAP BTP/SAP Build based extensions and automation scenarios
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Strong ABAP coding skills (OO-ABAP, enhancements, debugging, analysis)
• Experience with SAP workflows in ECC or S/4HANA
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by SAP
• Experience analysing business or technical requirements and translating them into system-related solutions
• Understanding of SAP application landscapes, architecture, and integration concepts
• Understanding of SAP data structures and database concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience participating in international or global IT projects
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
