Itds Portugal is seeking a Tech Lead Developer RPA in Lisbon with hybrid work. You will lead a squad that designs, builds, and runs UiPath automations, owning technical vision and robot estate orchestration for reliable business outcomes.

You will guide design, quality, and the team’s skills, write specs, maintain documentation, and ensure production-ready deployments with strong RPA expertise.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on RPA development with team leadership.
• Expert in UiPath Orchestrator, Studio and Robots.
• Strong VB.NET and .NET development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile, Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate the robot estate in UiPath Orchestrator, including queues and schedules.
• Own the technical design of user stories and features per client standards.
• Guide developers on design, quality, and technical skills development.
• Write and validate technical specifications and maintain documentation in JIRA.
• Manage technical debt and drive improvement actions for the squad.
• Ensure automations are tested and integrated before production.
