Qualificações

• Formação técnica em TI ou equivalente com experiência prática.
• Análise de requisitos e tradução em soluções RPA eficientes.
• Inglês B1 e Francês B2 obrigatórios; boa comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Design e desenvolvimento de soluções UiPath, incluindo arquitetura e integração.
• Analisar requisitos técnicos e de negócio para soluções de RPA.
• Garantir QA de processos RPA e cumprir padrões de qualidade.
• Participar em testes, validação e melhoria contínua.
• Identificar proativamente problemas técnicos e propor soluções.
• Colaborar com usuários, IT e equipes de RPA ao longo do ciclo de automação.
• Fornecer suporte técnico e promover melhoria de processos existentes.

We are looking for an RPA Technical Specialist to join an RPA team within an IT and Technology Solutions environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, supporting, and continuously improving UiPath-based automation solutions, working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and automation, has a strong problem-solving mindset, and is motivated by optimizing processes and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions. The position requires a collaborative and customer-focused approach, combined with the ability to work autonomously and continuously develop technical expertise.

Key Responsibilites:

• Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-enabled solutions, including architecture, migration, security, and integration aspects.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective RPA solutions.
• Support the quality assurance of RPA processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and relevant requirements.
• Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Proactively identify technical and functional issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, RPA developers, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of existing RPA processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and promote effective collaboration within the team.

Requisitos mínimos

• Technical background, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical and functional solutions.
• Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency: minimum B1, mandatory.
• French proficiency: minimum B2, mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Experience with UiPath RPA tools.
• Experience with programming languages, preferably in a .NET environment (C#, VB.NET).
• UiPath certification(s).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and project delivery practices.
• Experience with the Atlassian toolset and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
