LIVE WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Manager, Responsible AI Literacy and Enablement will lead enterprise efforts to ensure Amgen colleagues can understand and apply responsible, ethical, and compliant AI practices in their day‑to‑day work. This role focuses on two core areas: Responsible AI literacy: Designing and scaling a layer of enterprise learning focused on responsible use, governance, and risk and regulatory awareness, complementing existing AI literacy efforts focused on AI fundamentals and adoption. Enablement: Reimagining how Responsible AI and governance guidance is delivered so that employees can access and apply the right rules, expectations, and guidance at the point of need, not just through static documents or training. The role operates within a coordinated AI Literacy scaling model, working across teams to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, and enable practical adoption of Responsible AI expectations across the enterprise. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Responsible AI Literacy (Enterprise Layer) Define and lead the enterprise Responsible AI literacy strategy, focused on responsible and ethical AI use, governance expectations, as well as risk and regulatory awareness. Design a scalable Responsible AI literacy layer that complements foundational AI training, supports function‑led role‑based learning, and ensures consistent enterprise‑wide messaging. Coordinate Responsible AI literacy within a broader AI literacy model, collaborating with the AI Literacy and GTM (Go‑to‑Market) teams to align scope, avoid duplication, and ensure integration across learning layers. Coordinate with functions on role‑based training efforts to align content, identify where enterprise coverage can be leveraged, and maintain consistency with Responsible AI expectations and standards. Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics (e.g., reach, role‑based coverage, usability, correct application of guidance). Identify gaps in understanding or application and continuously improve literacy and enablement approaches.
