act digital EMEA - Alter Solutions is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/React) to join our IT team. The role is 100% remote for candidates based in Portugal, focusing on delivering high-quality digital learning solutions.

You will design and implement GraphQL APIs, optimize frontend performance, and work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and search technologies like Elasticsearch/OpenSearch to deliver scalable, resilient systems. Fluent English is mandatory.

Qualificações

• 8–9 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience designing GraphQL APIs (schema design, resolvers, batching).
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of search engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch).
• Experience designing scalable and resilient systems.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
