IQVIA in Portugal is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Safety Program Manager to oversee management and service delivery excellence of regional and global projects across Lifecycle Safety functions. This role requires cross-functional leadership and effective stakeholder liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree Health science or other directly related field.
• 3 to 5 years' clinical research experience in a Contract Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company including at least 3 years of Lifecycle Safety experience (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.) and 2 years’ of Project Management.
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Strong knowledge of applicable global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirement;
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, IQVIA Standard Operating Procedures.
• Working knowledge of Lifecycle Safety service lines; willingness to increase knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines and develop new skills.
• Effective team management and leadership skills, conflict management.
• Strong project management; planning and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to network and lead teleconferences.
• Effective collaborative, organizational and delegation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects/programs; serve as primary contact within Lifecycle Safety for customers.
• Oversee project planning, scope management, quality management, and budget tracking for deliverables.
• Act as account owner over a program or portfolio; report program/portfolio metrics and oversee related projects.
• Provide leadership for Lifecycle Safety SME inputs on governance and proposals; defend strategy and pricing from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and ensure global consistency.
• Provide leadership for Lifecycle Safety virtual project teams and coordinate with global/LS operations teams.
