Jobgether is seeking a Principal Clinical Data Manager based in Portugal with a fully remote arrangement and UK flexibility. You will lead complex global clinical data management programs, drive data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across studies.

You will act as a data management SME, mentor teams, collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, programming, and regulatory stakeholders, and contribute to business development efforts while ensuring high-quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical data management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Experience managing multiple global studies.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical data management activities across multiple global studies.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
• Serve as data management SME for study design, database development, and data quality strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Mentor data management staff and drive process improvements.
• Support sponsor audits and regulatory inspections.
