Language Services Associates (LSA) invites qualified interpreters to join its network for telephonic remote interpreting on demand. You will help LEP callers communicate effectively across a variety of settings and time zones.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Edo, comfortable with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word, and have 1+ year of professional interpreting experience. Industry certifications are considered a plus; a quiet, secure workspace is required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Edo required.
• Experience with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word.
• Quiet, secure interpreting space.
• 1+ year professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications preferred (CMI, CCHI, Bridging the Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
