FH Collective Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional to work remotely from Portugal, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat to deliver an excellent customer experience. Schedule is Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, no weekends, with a 4 June 2026 start.

The role is a 6-month contract offering €1500 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus an €80 monthly complexity bonus. Fluency in Danish (native/C2) and English (B2+) is required, and you must already be based

Qualificações

• Based in Portugal; no relocation support is provided.
