Reachdesk in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a hands-on Accounts Payable Specialist to run the full AP cycle across six entities, manage multi-currency vendor payments, and administer the Ramp corporate card program in NetSuite.

You will report to the Senior Accountant and join a global finance team; the role offers growth opportunities, a competitive salary with stock options, and Flexible PTO in a collaborative, high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in accounts payable in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience or equivalent ERP.
• Proficiency with a matrix / dimensional GL structure for accurate coding.
• Experience administering corporate card / spend-management platforms; Ramp preferred.
• Solid AP controls, month-end close, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of VAT / indirect tax across UK and EU.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across all six entities, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, PO/non-PO matching, and multi-currency payments.
• Administer Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, with issuance, limits, coding, receipts, and monthly reconciliation.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite using matrix GL structure.
• Handle intercompany AP to ensure clean consolidation.
• Support month-end close and aged-payables reporting.
• Maintain AP controls and process documentation; support audits.
• Drive automation and workflow improvements with the systems team.
