Kallidus in Portugal is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to automate tests, strengthen CI flows, and collaborate with development teams to ensure quality releases. The role requires strong programming skills, proven SDET experience, and hands-on web testing with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, plus familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with web application testing and CI processes.
• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• An academic qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and coordinate test strategies with development and product teams.
• Design and implement test plans and test cases, and analyse results.
• Develop and execute automated UI and functional tests.
• Apply AI tools independently to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation.
• Enhance and maintain automated CI flows.
• Work with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Troubleshoot issues in systems under test.
• Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing.
