Devoteam is seeking a QA Architect to own the QA Test Center offering. You will define governance, drive automation strategies and deploy the tooling stack, while representing the offering to clients and adapting solutions to existing client stacks.

In collaboration with the QA Manager and cross-functional teams, you will design architectures, lead demonstrations, and ensure the QA offering stays at the forefront of AI-driven testing and modern QA practices.

Qualificações

• Solid experience (5+ years) in QA/Testing including architecture or leadership roles.
• Proven track record in end-to-end test automation strategies.
• Experience with QA governance: processes, metrics, quality and reporting.
• Client-facing experience including technical presentations and adapting solutions.
• Proficient with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
• Experience with CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of AI for QA (test generation, defect analysis, coverage optimization).
• Understanding of APIs, cloud environments and containerization.
• Ability to design and document technical architecture and setup guides.
• Strong technical communication skills for business and client audiences.
• Consultative mindset, defending technical choices and adapting to client context.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to defining the offering's QA strategy with the QA Manager.
• Design, implement and maintain the QA Test Center architecture and pipelines.
• Deploy and evolve tooling for test management, automation, CI/CD and dashboards.
• Turn the draft offering into a solid technical value proposition for go-to-market.
• Support sales: participate in client meetings and present the technical setup.
• Assess clients' existing QA setups and tailor solutions to their stacks.
• Prepare demos, proofs of concept and technical materials for sales.
• Keep the offering up to date with QA trends and AI applications.
• Act as the technical reference for delivery teams using the offering.
