• Experience coordinating UAT, product releases, bug management, and product delivery activities.

• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing products involving multiple applications and complex system integrations.
• Technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and product prototypes.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of product management frameworks and product discovery techniques.
• Experience mentoring junior Product Owners or Business Analysts.
• Act as the Product Owner for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring successful product delivery and value generation.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements in close collaboration with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on business value, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Define sprint priorities and collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Serve as the product subject matter expert, providing guidance and clarifications to development and QA teams.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, backlog refinement meetings, and other stakeholder discussions.
• Challenge and support Product Managers and business stakeholders to ensure teams are solving the right business problems.
• Coordinate the creation and validation of product mockups, prototypes, and functional designs.
• Drive issue resolution, risk identification, dependency management, and progress reporting throughout the delivery process.
• Own product release planning and communicate delivery timelines, scope changes, and product updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alpha testing, and beta programs.
• Collect, prioritize, and coordinate bug fixes, ensuring product quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with Product & Innovation teams to align product developments with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, including architects, development managers, and business owners, to support product evolution and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and product governance.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
