Iterable, an AI-powered customer engagement platform, is hiring a Product Designer to join the Experimentation & Attribution team in Lisbon. You will work with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to craft features that help marketers understand performance and optimize messaging for large recipient audiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration, prototyping, and driving design decisions from concept through launch in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in product design for software applications.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through launch.
• Strong visual design sensibilities for enterprise products.
• Ability to design for complex products, from systems thinking to component UI.
• Empathy for varied stakeholders including engineers and product managers.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and improving the team.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product and engineering to understand problems and deliver end-to-end design solutions.
• Lead UX research and discovery activities to inform scope and constraints.
• Prototype design decisions across fidelity levels and test with users.
• Partner with engineering to implement and validate design vision.
• Provide constructive critique to raise design quality across the team.
