The role requires proven tutoring experience, a Bachelor's in Education or related field, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse learners.

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Private Tutor to provide academic support to international students in Lisbon. As a Private Tutor you will be responsible for creating individualized lesson plans and providing personalized instruction to help students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized lesson plans based on students learning styles and academic needs
• Provide one-on-one instruction in various subjects including English Math Science and Social Studies
• Use creative teaching methods and materials to engage students and make learning enjoyable
• Track and monitor students progress to ensure they are meeting their educational objectives
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss their childs progress
• Collaborate with school teachers and other education professionals to develop effective teaching strategies
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and educational resources

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher preferably working with international students
• Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Strong knowledge of various subjects particularly English Math Science and Social Studies
• Patient empathetic and able to build rapport with students of different ages and backgrounds
• Must possess a valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location This position is based in Lisbon. Candidates must already be located in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Note This is a part-time position without accommodation. Preference will be given to female candidates due to cultural sensitivities.
