Arrow Global Portugal is seeking an Analyst – Private Equity Origination to join the origination team covering all platforms in Portugal. You will source, analyse, and pitch opportunities, design business plans, model investments, and produce market research and deal memoranda.

The role requires 1–2 years in PE/M&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Lisbon-based, full-time, with opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics (Engineering or Maths backgrounds with relevant finance experience will also be considered).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, Advisory or Corporate Finance positions in market reputable firms.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial modelling skills.
• Understanding finance and valuation fundamentals.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (English certificate a plus).
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities; attention to detail and drive.

Responsabilidades

• Source, analyse and pitch opportunities and investment ideas.
• Design business plans and perform supporting financial modelling.
• Support the different platforms in origination and business development.
• Produce research reports for different market sectors.
• Provide support to senior members in the team.
• Create and present deal memorandums and pitches.
