LastPass is seeking a Principal Cloud Security Engineer to scale security across our cloud infrastructure. You will partner with DevOps, CI/CD engineers, and Architects to embed security best practices and drive secure-by-design outcomes.

You will lead security standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement governance across Kubernetes and cloud services, balancing risk with speed and innovation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with AWS security services in production, including IAM, Config, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to shift security left.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, and supply chain security.
• Strong knowledge of internet and computer network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, VPN).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive cloud security principles, standards, and reference architectures across the organization.
• Help engineers build and securely operate products and services from the ground up.
• Assess, design, and implement security processes and controls to meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Perform proactive research to identify new threats and attack vectors.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed shift-left security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement and manage cloud and Kubernetes security posture management tooling to continuously monitor and reduce risk across containerized workloads.
