Paradigma Creative & Hospitality Group is seeking a Prime waiter (m/f) to join the front-of-house team in Lisbon. You will be the first contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience with warm, attentive service.

Role emphasizes understanding the room rhythm, staying present, and delivering natural, confident, and consistent service. Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensuring accuracy in orders and service flow
• Contributing to a strong team dynamic on the floor
• Supporting the overall rhythm and energy of the space
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience (including upselling, naturally and without pressure)
