Expleo in Portugal is seeking a Java Developer to design and implement robust software solutions, with emphasis on business logic, GUI components and quality code. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, participate in code reviews, tests, and CI/CD processes using Git/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow, while applying Agile practices and exploring AI-assisted development tools.

Qualificações

• Java developer with solid professional experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge and DB2 experience.
• Git, JUnit and Jenkins experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing practices.
• Interest in AI-assisted development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Java solutions, including business logic and GUI components.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with Business Analysts.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and unit/integration testing.
• Work with SQL and DB2, including complex queries and optimization.
• Use Git and support CI/CD with Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
• Work with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Explore and use AI-assisted development tools.
