SteelAxis in Faro, Portugal seeks a Plumber Technician to install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. You will follow building codes, diagnose issues and implement fixes with minimal client disruption.

The role requires clear client communication and accurate record-keeping of parts and work performed. Qualified applicants have proven plumbing experience, knowledge of codes, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read blueprints.

As a Plumber Technician in Faro you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings You will utilize your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards In addition you will be expected to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to clients

Key Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair plumbing systems in accordance with building codes and regulations
• Inspect plumbing systems for potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide efficient solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain the scope of work and any necessary repairs or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques through training opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumber Technician
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to clients
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or digging trenches

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Plumbing or a related field
• Experience working on both residential and commercial properties
• Knowledge of construction processes for new builds or renovations

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position

This position is located in Faro Portugal
