PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Platform Engineer to provide L3 operational support for the API platform services, ensuring stability and availability.

You will work with OpenShift, Terraform, and GitHub, follow ITIL processes, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering and platform teams.

Qualificações

• Hands-on OpenShift experience is mandatory.
• Terraform for infrastructure automation is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
• Experience in an Operations/Production Support role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 operational support for API platform services, ensuring platform stability and service availability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Support infrastructure and platform operations using OpenShift, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Execute operational activities following ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure reliable service delivery and continuous operational improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer:

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with OpenShift (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
• Experience in an Operations/Production Support role.
• MuleSoft experience is considered a plus.
• API knowledge is considered a plus.
