Capgemini Engineering is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. You will build RESTful APIs, contribute to Angular-based front-ends, and collaborate across agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews, and manage version control with Git throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience with PHP development and Laravel MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks and RESTful APIs.
• Strong database knowledge with MySQL or similar and ORM tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in agile, multicultural teams.
• Passion for clean code and version control with Git.

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs to connect back‑end services with front‑end interfaces, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams
• Contributing to front‑end development using Angular, supporting the delivery of seamless and engaging user experiences
• Writing clean, well‑documented, and testable code while following best practices in software engineering, including code reviews and version control with Git
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

• Hands‑on experience in PHP development, with strong working knowledge of the Laravel framework and MVC architecture and/or Familiarity with Angular or other modern front‑end frameworks, with the ability to contribute to full‑stack development tasks
• Good understanding of database design and management (MySQL or similar), including writing optimized queries and working with ORM tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile, multicultural teams and contribute to shared goals
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and keeping up with evolving web technologies
