The role requires a degree related to finance or communication, alongside experience in customer service or banking. This project estimates a workload of 10-20 hours per week, with payments up to $50 per hour based on contribution level.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service or banking experience.
• Current or recent experience in customer support roles.
• Experience as QA analyst or conversation designer preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evaluate payment scenarios based on project needs.
• Create fraud testing scenarios focusing on urgency and recognition.
• Grade responses on factual accuracy and conversational tone.
