ShieldPro Protection in Braga, Portugal is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to maintain and improve product displays and ensure our products are presented attractively. This 20-hour-per-week role offers a flexible schedule and a hands-on merchandising environment.

You will implement strategies, visit stores to replenish stock, build relationships with managers, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales on promotions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required.
• Excellent English; Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Braga Portugal As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product displays and ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing and attractive manner

Key Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
• Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to replenish stock remove expired or damaged products and ensure proper product placement
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan promotions and product launches
• Create eye-catching displays by arranging products in an attractive and organized manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any concerns or issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent college degree is a plus
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English Portuguese is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Must have a valid biometric passport
