Nordex seeks a cyber security specialist to support OT environments and wind farm infrastructure in a hybrid work setup in Portugal. You will handle security incidents, vulnerability management, and compliance across SCADA, industrial networks, and remote access solutions, collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong IT/OT knowledge, and English proficiency. The position offers growth, training, and flexible working conditions in a multinational context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity and industrial environments.
• Min 3 years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, OT security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and IAM.
• Experience with OT/SCADA, IEC 62443 concepts and industrial networks.
• Solid IT infra knowledge: Windows Server, Linux, TCP/IP, VPN, AD and cloud security.
• Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment and in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cybersecurity operations support by monitoring, investigating, and resolving security incidents affecting wind farms and OT.
• Support incident response activities including containment, root cause analysis, remediation, and coordination.
• Assess vulnerabilities and drive remediation, patch management and risk mitigation actions.
• Act as primary technical contact for cybersecurity after-sales services and compliance reviews.
• Maintain secure operation of SCADA, wind turbine control systems, industrial networks, and IT/OT interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with policies and frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2) and support audits.
• Drive continuous improvement through processes, automation, and security maturity initiatives.
