CYBERIA Software seeks a senior OT security expert to own the security posture of our OT platform, touching PLCs and SCADA in customer environments. You will architect Purdue-aligned IT/OT segmentation, drive threat modeling for OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus and Sparkplug, and lead incident response playbooks for industrial operations.

You will engage with auditors against IEC 62443, NIS2, and customer security teams, shaping the standards all CYBERIA OT engineers follow by default.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in OT/IC security with hands-on deployments.
• Familiar with IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, and Purdue model.
• Background in offensive or defensive industrial security research.
• Fluent English; Portuguese, Spanish, or German a strong plus.

About The Role

You will own the security posture of CYBERIA's OT platform — the systems that touch PLCs, SCADA, and industrial control loops in our customers' most sensitive environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years in OT / IC S cybersecurity, with hands-on industrial deployments
• Deep familiarity with IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for IC S, and Purdue model
• Background in either offensive or defensive industrial security research
• Fluent English; Portuguese, Spanish, or German a strong plus
