Astemo Ltd. in Lisbon offers a 6-month internship in the Order to Cash team within the Corporate Finance Department. You will learn closing procedures, validate invoices, and assist with quotations, while gaining exposure to SAP processes and master data management.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Management, are fluent in English, and eager to learn with accuracy and organization. IEFP internship eligibility is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent (minimum: bachelor’s)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent English
• Eligible for IEFP Internship (mandatory)
• Willingness to learn, accuracy, organization, resilience, and results orientation

Responsabilidades

• Learn to apply monthly and annual closing procedures, as well as credit and debit postings
• Validate customer invoices
• Prepare and send prototype quotations
• Learn about customer master data maintenance, contract validation, sales price maintenance in SAP, and posting billing documents.
