COFCO International seeks an Operational Risk Analyst - Data and Reporting to develop and manage risk-related reports, support system enhancements, and maintain data quality across time zones. You will work with IT and business teams to deliver timely, accurate insights for risk management and decision-making.

The role requires a university degree, strong English, and advanced Excel and BI tool skills; Portuguese is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE:

Position is part of the global Operational Risk team.

To perform analysis and reporting supporting the execution of risk-based internal control activities.

To provide information and insights to help managers and stakeholders mitigate and preempt risks in compliance with CIL Policies.

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

• To provide regular reports and analysis on subjects related to inventories and risks
• To ensure global coverage of reporting, system user training and support across all time zones.
• To support the Coordinator in system and data enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing, creating, and managing business reports as well as ad hoc reporting
• Support Operational Risk management systems (including and not limited to Inventory Risk Management System, Risk Register) and develop internal procedure requirements
• Liaising with IT for system enhancements and bug fixes, testing and reviews
• System data maintenance
• Review user inputs and identifying data errors
• User training and support
• Ensure compliance of Operational Risk policies and manuals

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• University education
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), Portuguese a plus
• Analytical skills allow for the development of data‑driven reports
• Ability to interact and communicate internally as well as externally with different stakeholders and different nationalities
• Detail‑oriented and probem‑solver
• High level of common sense, creativity and innovation
• Able to work and deliver under pressure
• Self‑starter and able to work both as a team and independently

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced knowledge in Excel including Power Pivots, Power Query
• Knowledge of BI software, preferably QlikSense or PowerBI
• Knowledge of programing knowledge such VBA, Power BI and Power Query
• Database knowledge such as SQL
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
