PrimeIT in Lisbon seeks an Operational and Permanent Control Analyst to identify and manage operational risks, design controls, and support governance processes. You will coordinate risk assessments, maintain procedures, and monitor remediation actions across incidents and audits.

The role includes escalating significant risk incidents and contributing to awareness and training initiatives. The base salary ranges from €1,200 to €2,000 with food allowance and flex benefits, reflecting a mid-level

Qualificações

• Identify and assess operational risks and controls using Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
• Define, update and perform control plans based on risk assessments, incidents and audit results.
• Support Management through Operational Risk and Permanent Control governance activities and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess operational risks and controls through Risk and Control Self-Assessments;
• Coordinate risk assessments and contribute to remediation plans;
• Manage and maintain procedures in line with Group requirements and local regulations;
• Define, update and perform control plans based on risk assessments, incidents and audit results;
• Analyze control results and ensure the follow-up of remediation actions;
• Manage and analyse operational incidents, including reporting and risk mitigation measures;
• Follow up findings and recommendations from internal and external audits;
• Support Management through Operational Risk and Permanent Control governance activities and reporting;
• Escalate significant risk incidents and recurring weaknesses when required;
• Contribute to Operational Risk and Permanent Control awareness and training initiatives.
