Euronext in Porto is offering an Operational Efficiency Trainee role (IEFP Level VI) focused on improving IT solutions, optimizing business processes through automation and better user experience.

You will maintain artefacts, run training, streamline cross-team interactions, and participate in process mining and automation initiatives. Applicants should have a CS/engineering degree, PM skills, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Jira.
• Familiarity with ITIL and BPMN.
• Fluency in English.
• Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas for business improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain registers and document all artefacts related to improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions to introduce new tools and procedures, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Streamline interactions between teams and contribute creative ideas for business improvement.
• Participate in business process mining and automation initiatives.
