Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with Power BI to build dashboards and analyze data.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations.
• Great problem-solving and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
• Interest in using AI-powered tools to boost productivity and automate tasks.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus points for being proactive, adaptable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Improve business processes: identify opportunities to optimize workflows, map current/future processes, and define KPIs.
• Work with data and metrics: define performance metrics, validate data sources, and show how numbers support decisions.
• Track progress and share insights: monitor new processes, spot gaps, and prepare updates for stakeholders.
• Create impactful reports: build dashboards and reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities across initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams: coordinate with operations, finance, IT, and digital transformation to align goals and drive results.
