MSD Malaysia is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative for South Portugal. The role covers the South Portugal territory, requires residency in Greater Lisbon, and focuses on building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering compliant, personalized customer experiences across face-to-face and digital channels.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise Leadership, Brand & Customer Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access and more to drive account plans,

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Business or related discipline.
• Commercial, healthcare or customer-facing experience relevant to oncology and healthcare settings.
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical information.
• Strong customer engagement, relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the assigned territory and priority accounts with a strong business mindset and measurable outcomes.
• Develop understanding of account structures, patient flows, treatment pathways and stakeholder networks.
• Identify unmet needs, opportunities and barriers across the patient journey to drive value-added solutions.
• Proactively improve patient access and optimize treatment pathways for stakeholders.
• Build expertise in tumor areas, products, indications and clinical evidence.
• Deliver personalized engagement through face-to-face and digital channels with approved content.
