Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You will drive premium watch sales, guide guests through high-value purchases, and build lasting guest relationships with expert product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have proven luxury watch selling experience, confidence with premium and Swiss brands, and a collaborative, guest-focused approach. Accommodation and meals onboard are provided, with contracts up to six months and visa

Qualificações

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium or Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases and build trust.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Guide guests through the journey from interest to ownership with product knowledge.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate interest and leads.
• Maintain product presentation, stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team.
