KCS iT – WE MAKE IT. Lisbon-based Automatic QA role focusing on automated testing across a full project cycle with global clients. You will design, implement, and optimize test automation, collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Required degree in computer science, 3+ years in similar projects, and strong English. Remote work with UK/US clients is available; EU work permission is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience on similar projects.
• Design and implement automated build, test, and release processes.
• Define and continuously improve testing strategies.
• Drive adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices for testability and code quality.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks and tests.
• Support users of tools and frameworks used for testing.
• Assist project teams determining whether a given component or feature is ready for release.
• Define the approach and infrastructure needed for functional and performance testing.
• Experience with continuous delivery, SOA, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Go, Python, C#, or Java.
• English skills both spoken and written (Mandatory).
• EU work permission.

What You’ll Do

Work with our end customers in a rich and complex functional environment. In this team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the complete project cycle, from the initial consultation and design phase to the final phase of implementing solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Computer science degree or equivalent.
• 3 or more years’ experience on similar projects.
• Design and implement automated build, test, and release processes.
• Define and continuously improve testing strategies.
• Drive adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices for testability and code quality.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks and tests.
• Support users of tools and frameworks used for testing.
• Assist project teams determining whether a given component or feature is ready for release.
• Define the approach and infrastructure needed for functional and performance testing.
• Experience with continuous delivery, service-oriented architecture, cloud platform environments.
• Demonstrated skill with one or more of the following: test automation, performance testing, tool or framework design, refactoring, debugging.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language including JavaScript, Go, Python, C#, or Java (It’s a plus).
• Comfort working in a globally distributed environment with a remote workforce.
• English skills both spoken and written (Mandatory).
• Permission to work in the European Union.
• Remote work with clients (Most of them in UK and US).
